Arugula Gimlet
This fresh and frisky gimlet can fly on wings made of pepper.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Fundy Gin
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz of pure lime juice
- 1 cup of fresh baby arugula
Directions
In a shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake until your arms are sore, and then shake a little more; or at least until the arugula is mostly crushed. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with arugula leaves or lime wedge.
Fundy Greyhound
A two-part classic you can make as quick as the greyhound pup itself. The soft and salty aromatics of the Fundy pair perfectly with freshly squeezed citrus.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Fundy Gin
- Grapefruit Juice, freshly squeezed, to top
- Garnish: Grapefruit slice or lime wheel
Directions
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add the Fundy Gin and the grapefruit juice and stir gently. For a nice variation, add in additional freshly squeezed citrus fruits like a tangerine or meyer lemon. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lime wheel.
Bay of Blond Negroni
Earthy, bittersweet, and a touch vegetal with notes of anise and citrus. This perfectly balanced Negroni is an all-weather cocktail, all dressed up and ready to go out.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Fundy Gin
- ¾ oz Cocchi Americano
- ½ oz Salers
- Garnish: lemon twist
Directions
Add Fundy Gin, Cocchi Americano and Salers into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Le Fête Framboise

Ingredients
- 1 oz Fundy Gin
- 1 oz Miele
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- 4-5 Raspberries
- Egg White
Directions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and vigorously dry shake (shake without ice) to emulsify egg. After you can feel a whipped consistency in the shaker, add 4 ice cubes, shake, strain into a coupe, express a lemon twist for aroma and discard.
Salted East Side Rickey

Ingredients
- 2oz Fundy Gin
- .75oz Lime Juice
- .75oz Miele
- 4 Cucumber Slices
- 4 Mint Leaves
- Sea Salt
Directions
Add all ingredients, including a pinch of sea salt, into a shaker with four ice cubes, shake, strain into a highball or tall glass with ice and top off with 1-1.5oz club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a generous amount of mint springs poking through the cucumber wheel.
