Fundy is produced at Still Fired Distillery in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, located near the Bay of Fundy – one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world.

Located halfway between the equator and the north-pole on Canada’s stunning east coast, Fundy is a unique coastal environment known for the highest tides on earth, the rarest whales in the world, semi-precious minerals and dinosaur fossils.

Our fundamentally good-natured team is led by Co-Founders Owen Ritchie and Andrew Cameron – former underwater welders who, inspired by a shared passion for creating high quality craft spirits, utilized their welding knowledge to build the first “legal” hand-crafted stills in Nova Scotia. From fermentation to filtration, there isn’t a single step that isn’t closely monitored to ensure the purest, cleanest spirits possible.
